Body Therapy For You

Complimentary Therapist

Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology are what is termed “Complementary Therapies”. These therapies, along with others, have been practiced for as far back as 10,000 BC.

Unlike conventional medicine, the complementary holistic approach seeks to treat the person as a whole, looking at all aspects of their life and lifestyle (which include diet, occupation and emotions) instead of only looking at treating the symptoms of illness.
Lots of illnesses come about as a result of stress and tension.

Complementary therapies can :
Boost the immune system
Eliminate toxins
Give pain relief
Improve sleep patterns
Increase energy levels
Reduce stress and tension
Improve libido
Improve mental and emotional well-being
Give people a sense of hope and control in their lives

Also known as Swedish Massage, it addresses the entire body as a whole concentrating on the physical, mental and emotional aspect. It helps to release endorphins known as happy hormones.
Holistic means the whole body of mind, emotion and physical.
It helps with relaxation, increases blood circulation, decreases stress, increases muscle mobility. It can improve mental clarity, memory, concentration and ability to focus. It can take away frustration and irritability. Touch in itself is also soothing and calming.

Reflexology and Light / Colour Therapy
